Any and all submissions of your email and contact information is treated as a voluntary offering and acts as an agreement to the ability for Ozone Filmz to contact you with future tips, tricks, sales offerings, and notices. You are able to opt-out of email communication at any time. By submitting your information to Ozone Filmz LLC, you’re agreeing to all such communication. Your private information will never be shared or sold to unauthorized third-parties, unless Ozone Filmz LLC receives your express written permission.
Payment Options & Pricing
Payment for transactions may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Paypal, or Stripe to Ozone Films through our Site’s shop, hosted by Squarespace.
Prices may fluctuate at any time and Ozone Films reserves the right to change prices in accordance with market conditions or any other external factor.
Payment
All orders must be paid for in full before downloads will become available or usage rights are legally ensured. Failure of part or full payment of the current order, or previous order by the customer concerned, may result in Ozone Films issuing a complete refusal to process the order concerned, or any future orders, for any reason.
Attempts to offer payments that are found to be fraudulent or in any way unlawful will be reported to the relevant authorities and prosecuted accordingly.
Delivery
Delivery of digital goods will only take place once full payment has been received. You will be able to download the purchased digital asset immediately upon purchase being approved. Every effort is made to ensure delivery of your order is instantaneous, however unforeseen technical circumstances may cause minor delays. Should we be faced with such an occurrence, we will contact you to provide an alternative means of delivery or address refunds according to our policies below if any such issue persists.
Returns/Refund Policy
The refund of the purchase of any downloadable software products will not be allowed. Once downloaded, digital items cannot be returned for any reason.
If you have any trouble with your purchase, we offer help and will do as much as we can to assist you via email support. We are committed to a fair commerce experience and will do whatever we can to ensure that takes place, however, Ozone Films reserves the right to conduct our refund policy at our own discretion.
E-Commerce
Our store is hosted on Squarespace which provides us with an e-commerce platform to sell digital goods online. The use of any product bought from this Site is at the customer’s risk. The customer indemnifies and holds the Provider harmless against any loss, injury or damages which may be sustained as a result of using the products sold on our site.
Security Policy
Payments on this site are processed securely using Stripe and Squarespace affiliated Services. All money transactions are secured using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology with high security 256 bit encryption.
Customer details will be stored by the Provider separately from card details which are entered by the client on the Checkout provided securely by Stripe. For more detail on Stripes, refer to www.stripe.com
