What if I lose my download, can I download again?

Upon purchase, a singular, one-time, download link will be delivered to you. You are responsible for storing this file once fully downloaded, as only singular attempts to download are allowed. If you lose the file, or if it becomes corrupted for reasons outside of our control, you are solely liable for those damages and are subject to an additional purchase cost to receive further download attempts.


What is your refund policy?

We do our best to ensure satisfaction of any product or digital good sold on our site. I’m having trouble using the accessing the files properly or they are malfunctioning, how can I get a new copy of the files.
